Projects

The research objective of SiMS Lab is applying machine learning, data mining, and Big Data Analytics methodologies integrated with information technology and operation research methods to process and analyze the data for searching the managerial insights. The analytical model can then be developed based on found insights to improve the business or service. The research projects excused by SiMS Lab are funded by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Institute of Information Industry (III), Service Science Society of Taiwan, and other industrial-academic cooperation.
